Charter

Last updated: March 2026

Purpose

This Charter states the commitments Ophraxx makes to users, operators, and the public. It guides how we design, build, and operate our AI systems and how we update our policies and products.

Commitments

Safety

We will build and operate systems that reduce risk of harm. Our safety architecture—input validation, model-level safeguards, output checks, and enforcement—is maintained and improved as part of core product development. We will document our safety approach and keep it aligned with evolving threats and best practices.

Privacy and Data Minimization

We will collect and retain only what is necessary to provide the service, enforce policies, and improve safety and quality where we have disclosed and, where required, obtained consent. We will not sell personal data. Data handling is described in our Privacy Policy and Your Data and Model Performance.

Transparency and Accountability

We will explain how our systems work, what we do with data, and how we enforce acceptable use. We will maintain public policy pages and update them when we make material changes. We will provide channels for feedback, appeals, and security reports and respond in a defined timeframe.

Fair Access and Use

We will apply rate limits, quotas, and enforcement consistently and document them. We will not discriminate on the basis of protected characteristics in access or enforcement. Our Usage Policies define prohibited uses; violations are handled through documented processes.

Integrity of the Product

Ophraxx is built and operated by us. We do not outsource core model behavior, safety logic, or policy enforcement to unnamed or unaccountable parties. All models run on the Ophraxx Web Core—our proprietary infrastructure—across the OW-F1 (Free), OW-B12 (Basic), OW-U45 (Ultra), and OW-P88 (Pro) tiers. Our infrastructure and tooling are chosen and configured to meet the commitments in this Charter.

Scope and Updates

This Charter applies to Ophraxx AI products and services. We may revise the Charter to reflect new capabilities, legal requirements, or operational improvements. Material changes will be communicated via our policy pages and, where appropriate, in-product notice. Continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance.
