Usage Policies

Last updated: March 2026

Purpose and Scope

These Usage Policies define acceptable use of Ophraxx AI across all access channels—our conversational bot (in servers and connected spaces), our website, and our web applications. All models and services run on the Ophraxx Web Core, our proprietary infrastructure powering the OW-F1 (Free), OW-B12 (Basic), OW-U45 (Ultra), and OW-P88 (Pro) tiers. Our safety systems and enforcement are built and operated by us. Violations are detected, logged, and acted on according to our documented escalation and appeal process. Compliance promotes safety, legality, and fair access for all users. These policies supplement our Terms of Use; violations may result in warnings, rate-limit adjustments, temporary restrictions, or permanent loss of access.

1. Protect People from Harm

You must not use the Service to request, generate, or facilitate:

  • Violence, threats of violence, or instructions that could cause physical harm to individuals or groups.
  • Self-harm or suicide (we may provide crisis resources where appropriate; we do not provide methods or encouragement).
  • Illegal activity, including fraud, theft, hacking, doxxing, or distribution of illegal content.
  • Sexual content involving minors; we have zero tolerance and will report to appropriate authorities where required.
  • Harassment, bullying, hate speech, discrimination, or targeted abuse based on protected characteristics (e.g. race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability).

This applies whether you are using the bot in a server or the web interface. Our content moderation categories (S1–S8) and safety pipeline are described in our Trust & Transparency page.

2. Respect Privacy and Consent

  • Do not attempt to obtain, expose, or misuse private or sensitive information (e.g. real names, addresses, credentials, health or financial data) of others.
  • Do not use the Service for surveillance, stalking, or unauthorized monitoring of individuals or groups.
  • Do not scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Service or from other users in violation of our Terms or applicable law.
  • On the web, you must not share your account credentials or allow others to use your account in a way that violates these policies.

3. Security and Abuse Prevention

  • Do not request or use the Service to create phishing campaigns, malware, credential-stealing tools, or exploit code.
  • Do not attempt to bypass or disable our safety systems, rate limits, quotas, or access controls (e.g. prompt injection, jailbreaks, or automated abuse).
  • Do not use the Service to spam (e.g. flooding channels or sending unsolicited bulk messages) or to automate abusive behavior.
  • Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems (e.g. brute force, credential stuffing, or misuse of APIs).

Our input validation, safeguard models, and spam/abuse detection are built and operated by us and are described in our Security & Privacy page.

4. Deceptive or Misleading Use

  • Do not impersonate others (individuals or organizations) or misrepresent your identity when using the Service.
  • Do not present AI-generated content as if it were human-generated without disclosure where the context reasonably requires it.
  • Do not create or distribute deceptive content intended to defraud, mislead, or manipulate users (e.g. scams, fake support, or misinformation presented as fact).

5. Regulated Advice and Professional Use

AI outputs are not professional advice. You must not rely on the Service as the sole basis for medical, legal, financial, or other regulated decisions. Where such decisions are made, you should seek qualified human review. We are not responsible for outcomes that result from using our outputs in place of professional advice. This applies to both bot and web use.

6. Enforcement and Appeals

Violations may result in:

  • Warnings: We may notify you of a policy violation and ask you to stop.
  • Rate-limit adjustments or throttling: We may temporarily or permanently reduce your request rate or quota.
  • Temporary restrictions: We may apply soft-blocks, timeouts, or feature restrictions (e.g. blocking AI responses for a period) as described in our Trust and Security pages.
  • Permanent termination: Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent loss of access to the Service.

We may remove content or disable features to protect users and comply with law. Our enforcement logic is applied consistently and is documented in our Trust & Transparency and Security & Privacy pages. If you believe a restriction was applied in error, you may appeal through our designated support channel. We will review appeals in accordance with our policies and respond in a reasonable time.

7. Reporting

If you become aware of use that violates these policies or our Terms of Use, or that threatens the safety of others, please report it through our designated support channel. We take reports seriously and will investigate and take action where appropriate. We do not share reporter identity with the subject of the report except where required by law.
