What We Build On
Ophraxx is built on a foundation of in-house technology and clear principles. Our infrastructure, models, safety systems, and policies are designed and operated by us—not outsourced or cobbled from external platforms. This document describes the technical and ethical foundation of the product.
Technical Foundation
- Ophraxx Web Core: All models in our platform run on the Ophraxx Web Core, our proprietary infrastructure optimized for fast, reliable, and intelligent responses. The Web Core powers four model tiers—OW-F1 (Free), OW-B12 (Basic), OW-U45 (Ultra), and OW-P88 (Pro)—each representing a different tuning profile and capability level.
- Proprietary models: Our language and safety models are developed and maintained internally. We do not depend on unnamed or unaccountable third-party model APIs for core behavior.
- End-to-end control: From ingestion and validation to generation and delivery, the pipeline is under our control. This allows consistent safety, reliability, and accountability.
- Defense in depth: Multiple layers of validation, rate limiting, and monitoring protect users and the system. Each layer is documented and auditable.
Ethical Foundation
- Safety by design: Harm prevention is built into architecture and policy, not added as an afterthought.
- Transparency: We document how our systems work, what data we use, and how we enforce rules. See our Trust & Transparency and Security & Privacy pages.
- User agency: Where feasible, we offer choices over data use, model improvement, and feature participation.
Governance
Our Charter defines our commitments. Policy and product decisions are aligned with that charter. We update our foundation documents when we make material changes to how we build or operate.
