1.3 Authority to Agree

By adding Ophraxx to a Discord server, you represent that you have the authority to bind that server and its members to these Terms. If you are acting on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.

7.1 Scope

The official Ophraxx Support Server and any other Discord servers officially owned or operated by the Ophraxx team are private communities provided as a courtesy for support, announcements, appeals, and community discussion.

7.2 Moderation Rights

The Ophraxx team reserves the absolute and sole discretion to:

• Moderate, edit, or delete any message or content
• Issue warnings, mute, kick, or ban any user
• Restrict access to channels or features
• Take any other action deemed necessary to maintain a safe, helpful, and on-topic environment

7.3 No Right of Appeal for Support Server Bans

Decisions regarding moderation or removal from the Support Server are final. There is no formal appeal process for Support Server bans or mutes, except in cases where the action was explicitly tied to a bot-related enforcement action.

8. Termination

8.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your use of Ophraxx at any time by removing the Bot from your Discord server and ceasing all use of Bot commands and features.

8.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Ophraxx immediately, without notice, for violation of these Terms, fraudulent or illegal activities, abuse of the Service, or any reason at our sole discretion.
