Health Privacy Notice

Back to Other Policies

Last updated: March 2026

1. Scope

This Health Privacy Notice applies when you use Ophraxx Health features, if and when they are available. It supplements our Privacy Policy and describes how we handle health-related information in that context. Ophraxx Health is built and operated by us; we do not share health-related data with advertisers or data brokers. If Ophraxx Health is not yet available in your region or for your account, this notice does not apply until you use those features.

2. What We Consider Health-Related Data

For purposes of this notice, "health-related data" means information that relates to your physical or mental health, medical history, conditions, treatments, or similar topics that you provide or that is generated when you use Ophraxx Health features (e.g. questions you ask or responses you receive that concern health). We treat such data with heightened care and restrict its use and access as described below.

3. How We Collect and Use Health-Related Data

  • Collection: We collect health-related data only when you choose to use Ophraxx Health features (e.g. by asking health-related questions or using health-specific flows). We do not infer health-related data from general conversation unless you explicitly use a health feature.
  • Use: We use health-related data only to provide the Ophraxx Health feature (e.g. to generate relevant responses or to connect you with appropriate resources). We do not use it for advertising, marketing, or selling to data brokers. We may use de-identified or aggregated data to improve the safety and quality of the feature, in line with our data minimization principles.
  • Access: Access to identifiable health-related data is restricted to personnel who need it to operate, secure, or support the feature. All such personnel are subject to confidentiality and access controls.

4. Storage and Retention

We store health-related data only as long as necessary to provide the feature, to comply with law, or to resolve disputes. We apply the same or stricter retention rules as in our main Privacy Policy. Where possible, we minimize the amount of health-related data we retain and use technical and organizational measures to protect it (e.g. encryption, access controls).

5. Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell or share health-related data with advertisers or data brokers. We may disclose it only (a) to operate our own systems (under strict confidentiality and security obligations), (b) when required by law or valid legal process, or (c) to protect the safety of you or others (e.g. where we have a good-faith belief that disclosure is necessary to prevent serious harm). Any such disclosure is limited to what is necessary and is documented where required by law.

6. Your Rights and Choices

You have the same rights with respect to health-related data as under our main Privacy Policy (e.g. access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, portability where applicable). You may exercise these rights through our designated support channel. You can choose not to use Ophraxx Health features at any time; if you do not use them, we do not collect health-related data in that context. Withdrawing from or deleting health-related data does not affect your use of other Ophraxx services.

7. Important Limitations

Ophraxx Health (if available) is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You should always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions about a medical condition. We are not liable for any decisions you make based on content generated in Ophraxx Health. If you are in a medical emergency, contact emergency services in your jurisdiction.

8. Changes and Contact

We may update this notice as Ophraxx Health evolves. Material changes will be posted with an updated "Last updated" date. For questions or requests about health-related data, contact us through our designated support channel. Our policy index links to all current policy documents.
